Store Policy

Thank you for your interest in purchasing Winged Lutz: a Genshin Impact Figure Skating AU fanzine.

Winged Lutz preorders will run from April 1st until May 13th. By purchasing any products from our storefront, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a preorder item. This means that fulfillment of the final products will not occur until after the preorder and production periods have ended. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All items in this project are for preorder and will be shipped at a later date. The estimated production time will be 2-3 months. We expect items to begin shipping in September 2023 - October 2023.

During the production period, we will be updating our Twitter (@GenshinSkating). Please keep an eye on our social media for status updates or changes!

Please note: Address changes can be made at any time before shipping begins. We will make an announcement at the beginning of the Shipping Period regarding a Change of Address form.

Distribution of preordered digital goods will not begin until after the first batch of preordered physical goods has been shipped. All digital goods will be distributed via email to the email address provided at the time of preorder. All emails will come from [email protected]. Please ensure that you have added our email address to your whitelist. All digital goods are for personal use only and may not be redistributed or reprinted for sale or otherwise.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will ship from Virginia, USA. Domestic orders within the United States will take 4-14 days to arrive after shipment. International orders will take between 2-12 weeks after shipment.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping may be delayed or affected. We are currently unable to ship to the following countries in the suspended shipping list. In the case that orders are placed from customers in these countries, customers will be refunded.

Winged Lutz will NOT be held responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged during shipment. This is the courier’s responsibility. 

We ensure that your orders will be packaged securely. In the case of an issue, please contact your local post office first to report the damage before contacting us. After this, we can work with you to find the best solution possible. All inquiries about damaged goods should be sent to [email protected].

Parcels will be shipped with USPS. All domestic (USA) orders will be shipped with tracking numbers by default. International orders will default to ship with tracking as well.

For Residents of the European Union and the United Kingdom: Though we are able to ship to countries in the EU, due to new shipping restrictions, please note that your package is subject to taxation or VAT guidelines and fees payable by the buyer. Depending on your country's regulations, you will need to pay VAT as outlined by your country of residence.

Cancellation Policy

You may receive a full refund (excluding any service fees incurred by Paypal or Stripe) for cancellations made during the preorder period. Cancellation requests may not be made after the preorder period has ended as the funds will be used to produce and fulfill all orders, however, we will review requests on a case-by-case basis as we understand that circumstances can change.

Return Policy

All sales are final and returns will not be allowed.

Refund and Exchange Policy

We will offer refunds or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Orders that were not delivered due to our negligence in package labels (i.e., address label does not match the address on order).
  • Orders that contain items that were damaged or otherwise faulty due to our negligence in packaging. Please provide videos and/or photos when contacting us.
  • Orders that are missing listed items (i.e., full bundle order missing an item or a group order missing some orders).

We will NOT offer refunds or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Orders that were undelivered due to incorrectly entered mailing addresses.
  • Orders that were shipped to an old address without notifying us prior to the address change deadline.
  • Orders that were mishandled by group order managers.
  • Orders that were damaged due to shipping courier negligence and mishandling (i.e., bent to fit mailboxes, left in the rain, or other mishandling that result in damages to the package contents).
  • Orders that were undelivered or returned due to unpaid customs fees/taxes.

If packages have been unclaimed and are returned to us, we will get in touch and arrange a second attempt. All buyers will be responsible for covering the costs of reshipments of unclaimed packages. If the reshipped package is unclaimed and/or returned, it will be considered forfeited and will not be eligible for any refunds.

GROUP ORDERS POLICY

What is a Group Order (GO)?

Group Orders are when an individual customer (Host) compiles a list of the items a group wishes to purchase to place one collective order. This type of bulk order is usually done to cut shipping costs.

Winged Lutz is delighted to collaborate with customers outside of the USA who would be interested in hosting group orders. Please email us if you are interested.

This is our general timeline and policies for the GO Host: 

  • The group order host is responsible for communicating with the zine moderator team and their group order members at every step of the GO process.
  • Once the host provides the final details of their group order (number of copies, customers, and merchandise orders), both the shipping fee and item total will be calculated. Once calculated, we will let the group order manager know the total price and send an invoice.
  • The final GO transaction will not be through the zine's store. Instead, the host will be directly paying and purchasing via Paypal or another payment method previously chosen between us and the host via email. The group order host will be entirely responsible for gathering payment from the individuals partaking in the GO.

The full payment for all bundles in your GO is due two weeks after preorders end (May 27th, 2022).

  • Once zine orders have shipped, the group order host will receive their bulk number of bundles shipped by us. It is the GO Host's responsibility to distribute the individual orders to the GO participants. Any additional fees requested by the host are to be handled between the group order host and individuals of the group order, not the moderator team of Winged Lutz.

Winged Lutz is only responsible for shipping the product to the group order host. Anything that happens once goods reach the group order manager is out of our liability.
